Creating Local Relationships

Building relationships is important. As a member of many local organizations, we are able to share, participate, and be involved with people and businesses at any point of the year. Our memberships include:
  • American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
  • Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA)
  • TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce (TCACC)
  • Berks-Mont Business Association (BMBA)

"I just wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with my membership with TCACC. Since I opened my own accounting firm in 2015, I have been trying to focus on my tag line (my passion for why I decided to go out on my own) - RELATIONSHIPS. SERVICE. INTEGRITY

TCACC has been a big part of helping me accomplish my vision. Upon joining TCACC, I started attending the FREE Monthly Business Card Exchanges. These networking events have definitely taken me out of my comfort zone, but are also easier after every one.  Everyone there is friendly and just trying to meet other business people in the Tri-County area. I also joined the weekly R3 Tuesday morning meetings. This group fills me with ideas and energy that I bring back to my office.  At every meeting, I keep my clients' needs in mind, to see if anything could potentially help them.  I try to attend as many Chamber Breakfasts as I am able to. And I really enjoy the WOW Events. it is so encouraging to hear success stories from other women in business. It is a good reminder to hear how other women choose to spend their work hours. And lastly, I started to attend the FREE Refresh Friday. The first topic that I attended was on "Time & Stress Management". Ironically, I was so stressed and had no time, that I wanted to skip this event. But my Associate insisted that I take the 1 1/2 hours and attend. I am so glad that I did! The Speaker was excellent and without TCACC I never would have had the opportunity to hear her. I am thankful that TCACC doesn't just focus on Big Business but also tries to improve and assist Small Businesses too! Keep up the good work! "

A "nice" culture!
The working environment at our firm is positive, encouraging and strives to lift people up!  This helps reduce the amount of stress that is felt at work.

Another part of the "nice" culture is how business decisions are handled.  Clients that don't value our services or have unrealistic deadlines and expectations doesn't fit into a "nice" culture.  What motivates people to work harder is if they enjoy the people they work with and don't want to let them down.

Clients enjoy working with nice people who they feel truly care about them.  A huge part of our lives involves interacting with people and we all want to be around authentically nice people!

We work together for the betterment of the community we serve!
